Where do you have physical meetings?

We found a very great place that allows us to hold our meetings for DigiCat. Thank you Vegan Hash Eats! If you have another preference, we don’t mind meeting somewhere else!

*If other businesses on the south side would allow us to host our meetings there as well, we’d appreciate it!

How much experience do ya’ll have?

Great question, we are still students. We started DigiCat as a way to be affordable for startup small businesses while also trying to gain experience and strengthen our portfolios! We appreciate the businesses and entrepreneurs that have given us the chance to work with them.

What’s with the design of your site?

Funny you should ask that, we have such a love for the 90s, we decided to make a 90s-esque look and vibe for DigiCat!

Do I need hosting?

Yes. In order to have your site go “live”, you will need to have a hosting provider. 

Why does my business need a site?

Having a website welcomes potential customers, creating a main point of information and can potentially create a great first impression on site visitors.

I forgot to add a detail!

Unfortunately, after the wireframe has been approved, you would have to wait until the revision period to add missed information/details. Afterwards, any added extra charges will be added, if any.

Is it really important to have social media channels for my business?

Short answer, yes. We are in a digital age where everything is basically done online. Have a social media platform for your business creates an identity and “voice” for your business and allows you to engage with your current and future customers, thus potentially leading to recurring customers.

Can you elaborate on setting up social media channels?

Sure! We at DigiCat assess which channel(s) would best fit your type of target audience. After, we just ask that you create (we can also create it for you) a login for said channels and after everything is set up, you can change your passwords afterwards.

What type of photography does DigiCat offer?

We offer product images for both menus and eCommerce sites, company photos, business photos, etc. We are still students, if any businesses that would allow us to take photos of their business locations for more practice during the summer, please contact us.
